Terms for bookings and orders

Orders are a contract with the restaurant. Prices on the menu are final prices.

Food for immediate consumption and table bookings for a specific date are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If the restaurant cannot prepare an order, any online payment is refunded in full.

Please cancel bookings you cannot keep, using the link in your confirmation e-mail.

Card guarantees and deposits: when a booking needs one, the amount and the free cancellation time are shown before you book. A deposit is deducted from your bill and refunded if you cancel in time. If you don't come or cancel too late, the deposit is kept or the agreed no-show fee may be charged to your card.

Delivery: the delivery time is an estimate. Alcohol is not sold for pickup or delivery.

Gift vouchers can be used for food and drinks in several visits until the value is used up, until the date printed on the voucher. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

Stamp card: stamps and rewards are a free extra of this restaurant. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and the restaurant may change or end the stamp card; rewards already earned can be used for at least 3 months after such a change.

Payments go straight to the restaurant. The confirmation is not a fiscal receipt.
